This smudge stick consists of a bundle of California white sage that is hand-coated with pure dragon's blood resin and sun-dried. Each stick provides that genuine strong and spicy sage smell, whilst the rare Indian and Sumatran tree resin brings a sharper, more defensive scent. These sticks are sustainably harvested and hand-rolled.
This product can be used for protection, purification, and cleansing any time you feel there is negative energy present. Crystals are not included.

Light the smudge stick using a lighter. Once it catches fire and begins to smoke, gently blow out the fire and continue to blow gently to encourage the remaining embers to burn and produce smoke.
